With over 40 years of experience serving customers throughout Tennessee's beautiful Upper Cumperland region, Odell Braswell has built his career around honesty, hard work, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others.
Odell's love for the outdoors began at an early age. Growing up with an appreciation for the land, wildlife, hunting, fishing, and rural living, he developed a passion that would influence both his education and professional career.
Odell attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he studied forestry, soil conversation, wildlife, and fisheries science. While attending the university, he also served as president of the Wildlife Society.
Following his education, Odell spent 12 years owning and operating Odell's Outdoorsman Gun and Archery Store. He later joined High Country, where he helped establish 25 Discount Archery factory outlet stores across the United States. These experiences gave him extensive knowledge of hunting, outdoor recreation, wildlife habits, and the many characteristics that make recreational land value.
In 1994, Odell entered the automotive business, specializing in Toyota vehicles, Dodge trucks equipped with Cummins diesel engines, and the Chrysler lineup. Throughout his automotive career, he developed lasting relationships with customers who came to appreciate his straightforward approach, product knowledge, and commitment to personal service.
During the COVID era, Odell decided to begin a new chapter in real estate. For the past five years, he has enjoyed helping longtime customers, friends, and new clients buy and sell property throughout the Upper Cumberland.
With his background in forestry, wildlife, hunting, farming, and outdoor recreation, Odell brings a special understanding of Farms, Hunting Properties, Recreational Acreage, Timberland, Rural Homes, and Off-grid Properties.
